Originally from Osaka, Japan, Chiaki’s passion for travel and exploring new cultures has taken her around the globe. She has lived and worked in Australia, Canada, and England, gaining a wealth of diverse experiences before settling in Niseko in 2020.
Chiaki’s extensive background in the travel and snow sports industries makes her an excellent addition to the Client Success team at RoomBoss. Recently, she relocated to Hakuba, where she continues to enjoy an adventure-filled lifestyle surrounded by nature while supporting our users with dedication and expertise.
Chiaki enjoys a wide range of outdoor activities, including snowboarding, hiking, and surfing. She also loves spending quality time with her two adorable fluffy dogs who are always up for an adventure.
Her energy, enthusiasm, and deep love for winter sports bring a fresh and positive dynamic to our team.
