Ben brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as the head of a system development team for one of Niseko’s largest management companies. He has also worked as a Project Manager and Scrum Master for a team of 28 developers in Australia. With his deep understanding of ski tourism​ and tourism systems​, Ben is a perfect fit for our team.

Outside of work, Ben is a proud father of two daughters and an avid snowboarder. He also enjoys basketball and is a movie enthusiast, particularly fond of Marvel Cinematic Universe films.
