New! Hiking Mode Now Available in Niseko Digital Map

ROOMBOSS Destination Map is designed to help DMOs, tourism organisations, towns and resorts showcase everything a destination has to offer through a customised, multilingual digital map. From attractions and events to transport, cycling routes, and now hiking trails, visitors can explore a destination with confidence, all from one interactive map.

Powered by RB, the Niseko Digital Map now features a new Find Hiking Routes mode. Visitors can discover hiking trails across the region and tap each trail marker to view useful information such as hiking duration, distance, elevation gain, and nearby facilities like parking and campgrounds.

PARIS — There’s something special about reconnecting with familiar faces in a place far from where your story together began.

This week, the RB team proved that true camaraderie knows no borders. Julian, Joanne, Lyna, and former ROOMBOSS team member (and continued technical advisor) Romain reunited in Paris for a memorable dinner alongside their partners.

The evening was filled with delicious French cuisine, plenty of laughter, a few adventurous menu choices, and even some ROOMBOSS talk along the way.

It was heartwarming to share good food and great conversations together again in a completely different corner of the world. Moments like these remind us that ROOMBOSS is more than just work; it’s the connections, friendships, and shared memories created along the way.

This week, the ROOMBOSS Sapporo team gathered for a Korean dinner after work, turning what could have been an ordinary Monday into an evening full of laughter, great food, and even better company.

A recent graduate from Hokkaido University, Joanne is originally from Malaysia and speaks Chinese, English, and Japanese. She’ll be supporting our marketing efforts while also providing assistance in system localization with her language skills.

Outside of work, Joanne enjoys diving, snorkeling, traveling, and spending time with her mischievous rabbit, Pepper (yes, she’s a proud bunny mom).

ROOMBOSS hit the slopes in Kawaba! But this time, it wasn’t for skiing.

Team members Kanae, Miyu, and Jade were onsite to introduce our Rental Management System to over 20 companies interested in learning how our system can support and improve rental operations. The energy in the room was incredible, and we loved sharing how our system can make day-to-day workflows smoother, smarter, and more efficient.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us, and especially to the Kawaba Ski Resort team for the warm invitation and support. Opportunities like this help us connect with new partners, learn what different resort areas really need, and keep improving what we build.

Our Sales and Account Leads, Kanae and Brendon, recently traveled to Furano to visit several of our new clients in person. The duo spent their time checking in with clients and running hands-on training for new staff members to ensure everything was running smoothly and that our clients were getting the most out of ROOMBOSS.
