The in-account Vendor Directory has been updated with a sleek, mobile-friendly interface towards our continuous efforts to modernise and enhance the RoomBoss user experience. This page can be used to view and download a comprehensive list of vendors available to your account—including your level of booking access, applicable commission, and their contact details—and can be accessed here.

Our Search Bookings page has been upgraded with a revamped, mobile-friendly user interface, which introduces a variety of new search options to help locate and report on your data. Alongside existing export functionality, you can now also create and save powerful custom Excel export templates for immediate or future use.

The RoomBoss Square integration has been upgraded this week with an update to the new Payments API. No action is required for accounts using Square; and all Guest Intranet payment links have been automatically migrated to use the slick, mobile-friendly web UI. We attended the wrap-up meeting of the MLIT tourism digital transformation grants project in Kutchan. RoomBoss provided data for Niseko Future Booking Data Platform as well as developed Niseko Digital Map as a member of Niseko Area Smart Resort Promotion Consortium. MLIT Tourism Agency team travelled from Tokyo to Hokkaido to attend this meeting, which was full of interesting discussions and feedback. Niseko Digital Map is finally released! Access the map at https://kta.evoke.jp/ The map offers eight unique map modes to allow the users to easily access the information they need to make the most of their time in Niseko. Find your next culinary delights or exhilarating activities, and check the lift status.  The map offers real-time bus location tracking and Google navigation from your current location to the destination with a single tap. This interactive map was developed by RoomBoss as a part of Japan MLIT's tourism digital transformation grant project. We are happy to be a member of the Niseko Smart Resort Consortium.
