We’re excited to welcome Brendon as the newest member of our Client Success team!
Born in Hong Kong and raised in Canada, Brendon first visited Hokkaido and was instantly captivated by the region’s beauty. His passion for the area led him to build a life here, where he enjoys making the most of every season. In winter, you’ll find him skiing across Hokkaido’s top resorts, while in summer, he embarks on road trips with his two motorcycles, embracing the open roads. His love for vehicles doesn’t stop there—he’s also a big car enthusiast!
Brendon brings valuable experience from the property management industry, as well as his time at Wolt, where he focused on process automation, improvements, and account management. His strong background in efficiency optimisation and client relations makes him a great fit for our team as we continue to enhance the user experience at RoomBoss.

Menu Consolidation
We have heard your feedback and we took action! In order to improve your experience and make more sense of navigating the Menus within RoomBoss, we have consolidated some functionalities to more intuitive Menus. The updated layout is designed for RoomBoss veterans to find what they are looking for with ease, while also guiding new RoomBoss Users to easily navigate RoomBoss to get your business up and running.
Listing Availability Search Feedback
We've enhanced our Booking Engine to offer valuable hints to potential guests searching for availability at your accommodation. Now, guests will see helpful information, like the minimum number of nights required, to quickly determine availability — and much more! These upgrades will not only enrich the guest experience during their search but also help you capture more bookings by ensuring no potential travelers slip through the cracks.

Supporting Niseko Area Mountain Bike Association
The mission of Niseko Area Mountain Bike Association (NAMBA) is to grow and unify the Niseko area mountain bike community towards the common goals of creating, enhancing, maintaining, and protecting great places to ride in Niseko and the surrounding area.
NAMBA is building sustainable trails that are accessible for all levels and ages to enjoy, such as the free and public Twin Peaks Bike Park. It advocates for and encourages all forms of mountain biking within the community through various events, races, group rides, and more, ensuring everyone can participate and have fun.
RoomBoss is proud to support the local mountain biking community and help boost Niseko area's green season tourism through NAMBA.

New User: Ikenotaira, Shirakaba Resort
Serenely situated at an altitude of over 1,400 meters, Shirakaba Resort boasts a stunning location next to the idyllic Lake Shirakaba in Nagano, Japan.
This picturesque resort offers a variety of attractions and activities for every season, including the Ikenotaira amusement park, "Family Land."
As one of RoomBoss's latest users, Ikenotaira enhances their operational efficiency using the RB ECS and point-of-sale (POS) systems, which help to streamline sales and ticket collection through easy online and in-person purchasing processes, and robust multi-location ticket printer integration.
We're extremely proud to be supporting Shirakaba Resort, and look foward to working closely with the Ikenotaira team long into the future!

Ricardo joins us with a strong background in backend development, having previously worked on inventory intelligence solutions for the retail industry. His experience in developing client integrations has given him deep expertise in creating seamless, efficient, and scalable systems—skills that will be a great asset to our team as we continue to enhance and optimize our platform.
Outside of work, Ricardo has a passion for travel and street photography, capturing unique moments from his journeys around the world. He also enjoys attending concerts, immersing himself in live music experiences.
